Luke Bryan, Blake Shelton Among 2014 Billboard Music Awards Finalists

Luke Bryan, Blake Shelton and Taylor Swift are among the stars announced as finalists for the 2014 Billboard Music Awards. The awards are based on digital albums and singles sales, radio broadcasts, tours, social interactions and other factors, compiled by Billboard magazine.



Lucas crossed into general categories such as Top Male Artist, where stands out as the only candidate country. Lucas is also the only country act to land on the Billboard Top 200 Album category , and it is up to twice Top Country Song .

Categories of artists are listed below. Pop stars like Katy Perry and Justin Timberlake Lorde, along with the rock group Imagine Dragons, leading to global finalists.
